SHIPYARD PREP BASEBALL SHOWDOWN
Andrew Palmer 2025 OF Oceanside Collegiate | East Tennessee State Commit
Andrew showcases a well-balanced and repeatable approach with solid mechanics. He starts with a slightly open stance, displaying good posture and weight distribution, which sets him up for a strong lower-body drive. His load is rhythmic, creating adequate separation between his hands and lower half. His stride is controlled and repeatable, allowing him to stay balanced through the swing. The bat path is direct and efficient, keeping the barrel in the zone for an extended period, which enhances his ability to make solid contact. He maintains a slight uphill plane, generating natural lift without over-exaggeration. His extension and follow-through are solid, with a balanced finish. Andrew demonstrates strong bat-to-ball skills and a compact swing as well.
