2026 Top 10 Uncommitted - CATCHERS

Eddie Dahle C / 3B / Central Valley, WA / 2026

From 2/4/25... "The Future Games alum had his full game on display, including an event-best 1.88 second catcher pop time. Strong, quick arm behind the plate. Showcased some present strength in right-handed swing. Starts in narrow, slightly open stance, with hovering leg load triggering hands to fire. Flatter swing path leading to low line drives in BP rounds. Has blasted balls up to 94.3 MPH, with the power tool really translating in-game at the high school level. Top-end talent with serious potential offensively."

Ethan Swallom C / RHP / North Creek, WA / 2026

From 8/6/25... "The first-ever Most Valuable Hitter award winner at the PNW State Games, Swallom stood out above the rest in-game, finishing 6 for 8 with 2 home runs, a double and 3 singles. The righty bat was on absolutely everything that was thrown his way, hitting high velocity and sitting on slower breaking balls to punish balls to all fields. Swallom started his week with superb BP rounds, averaging 91.2 MPH, and carried it over in-game with a HR on Tuesday. He later hit another impressive home run to the opposite field on Thursday. The backstop also showed sound defensive actions and a best catcher pop time of 1.94 seconds. Swallom put together an exceptional week and should be shooting up recruiting boards as a result."

Brody Gayte C / 3B / Bellevue High School, WA / 2026

Ka'ipo Matsushima C / OF / Kennedy Catholic, WA / 2026

From 4/17/25... "After a strong look at PNW Preseason All-State, the junior catcher looked confident and composed at the dish and behind the plate. Got the most out of his medium frame with an aggressive, uphill RH stroke. Mature understanding of the strike zone, rarely expanding. Stole strikes defensively, working upward through frames and not giving up on borderline pitches down and on the edges. The medium framed athlete has grown in strength and posted exit velocities up to 98.3 MPH while also running a 6.81 60-time. Impressive showing."

Jackson Rankin C / RHP / Bellevue, WA / 2026

Larson Kohlmann C / 3B / Eastlake, WA / 2026

From 5/26/25... "The junior has found a home in the cleanup spot in the back half of the season and was Eastlake's most consistent offensive player on Saturday. Kohlmann was the only player with multiple hits in game one, finishing 2-3 with a pair of singles, and he singled and scored a run in game two as well. The righty appeared to have added some strength in a look this winter, and the increased physicality really translated in-game. Kohlmann found the barrel with an easy RH stroke, producing loud contact to all fields. Catching look in the offseason also posted a 1.94 second pop time with 6.97 speed."

HAYDEN OLLMANN C / OF / Camas High School, WA / 2026

From 4/25/25... "Another Papermaker position player with athleticism and skill, Ollmann had a nice showing from the catcher position, moving well and framing borderline pitches for strikes. Got to a tough starter early, barreling a breaking ball in the middle of the plate to drive in the first run of the contest. Reached base twice overall on the afternoon. Multi-sport prospect with plenty of raw strength and bat to ball skill. Uncommitted catcher to circle."

Kai Jambor C / RHP / Eastside Catholic, WA / 2026

Logan Crosson C / 3B / Cascade, WA / 2026

Nolan Wohl C / 3B / Ridgeline, WA / 2026

From 6/25/25... "One of several Ridgeline players with a great performance in Spokane. Wohl's 6'0, 187 pound frame moved well behind the plate, with a best pop time of 2.00 seconds. Quick operation with aggressive intent at the plate, maintaining balance with strong two-handed finish. 96.7 MPH peak exit velocity with a max batted ball distance of 349 feet. Uncommitted backstop to circle heading into the summer."
