On what may ultimately be the final National Signing Day with changing NCAA rules on the horizon, Prep Baseball’s Vice President of Scouting, Shooter Hunt, takes a look at 10 high school recruiting classes that have a chance to be the most impactful while only slightly acknowledging the ominously, ever looming MLB Draft, which is sure to have an enormous effect on these groups.

Below, a breakdown of 10 programs with four Tier 1 and six “challengers.”
