2023 College Crosscheck: Week 3 Cambria Classic

CAMBRIA CLASSIC PROSPECT RUNDOWN

After two weeks in Texas, it was time for a change of scenery. Snow covered the outside, but it was mostly warm inside the U.S. Bank Stadium (home of the Minnesota Vikings) for the Cambria Classic. Ole Miss took home the trophy with a perfect 3-0 record, while Hawaii, Nebraska and Vanderbilt all finished 2-1. Maryland and Minnesota ended winless at 0-3.

With a short porch and tall wall to right and right-center, as well as smaller dimensions to left field, the park played for what was a Home Run Derby at times. The nine-game tournament saw a total of 24 round-trippers.
