The Overall Rankings have been going through updates the last week and up next is the Class of 2024. With those coming out next week, The Hotlist takes a look at some sophomores who are trending upward.

Tyler Acevedo, SS, Stepinac HS, NY
A Mississippi recruit, Acevedo made a big jump this summer, showcasing advanced feel for the game on both sides of the ball. He has the ability to make all the plays in the field with quality reads off the bat while comfortably playing at a quick pace. At the plate, he impressed throughout the New York State Games, including a loud BP that carried over to game results with consistent, hard contact.
