COLLIERVILLE, TN — The Memphis Summer ID was held at Lipscomb Academy on Tuesday, June 10th that featured top talent from the 2026-2030 classes. Players went through a pro-style workout with TrackMan, Blast Motion, and VALD Performance tech, while pitchers threw in a bullpen setting and were able to get data and metrics on our TrackMan unit.

Some prospects built on past showings, while others made strong first impressions.

John Beasley, Houston (TN), 2029 |
Positional Profile: C/3B
Body: 5-11, 160-pounds. Medium build with room to grow. Early signs of athleticism
Delivery: Athletic mover that makes great use of the strength he has presently.
Arm Action: RH. Whippy arm action with a 3/4 release.
FB: T81, 80-81 mph. Early feel for really spinning his FB, good life to it with present feel for command. T2268, 2142 average rpm.
SL: 70-71 mph. Spun very well with 3/9 movement. T2514, 2435 average rpm.

Rishi Bhavaraju, Lausanne Collegiate (TN), 2026 |
Positional Profile: LHP/1B
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Well-developed wide frame with quick, premeditated action.
Delivery: Uses a big leg kick to fully get onto his backside, creating some deception by hiding his arm for a long time.
Arm Action: LH. Arm moves loosely through a compact 3/4 release.
FB: T78, 71-77 mph. FB has a lot of jump to it, playing a tick or two above the read velocity. T2161, 1918 average rpm.
SL: 68-70 mph. SL shows a feel for spin with bat missing ability T2206, 2087 average rpm.
CH: 70-71 mph. CH shows late depth down, falling off the table. Tunnels with the FB for a long time. T1698, 1659 average rpm.
CUT: 68-69 mph.

Tyson Crawford, Briarcrest Christian School (TN), 2029 |
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-0, 166-pounds. Long, thinner build with composed body movements.
Delivery: Is methodical in his movements before, getting into a controlled leg lift, pausing slightly at the top before driving down.
Arm Action: RH. The arm works very well into a 3/4 release slot, loads more armspeed and velo in the tank.
FB: T76, 73-76 mph. FB has some late fade to the armside, plays well at the top of the zone. T2026, 1940 average rpm.
SL: 61-65 mph. SL shows solid spin and movement (3/9) . Will become sharper as his velo increases. T2309, 2239 average rpm.
CH: 69-69 mph. Good feel for his CH, with good late depth. T1656, 1541 average rpm.

Will Dodds, University School of Jackson (TN), 2029 |
Positional Profile: 1B/RHP
Body: 6-3, 163-pounds. Tall, thinner frame with twitchy actions that result in explosiveness at the action points.
Delivery: Loose with his actions, uses his long limbs well.
Arm Action: RH. Still developing smoothness, arm moves well with a 3/4 release. Much much more there.
FB: T82, 78-81 mph. The FB has some umph to it, with solid extension out front. T2226, 2131 average rpm.
CB: 70-70 mph. T2394, 2394 average rpm.
SL: 69-71 mph. SL has great depth and horizontal movement, should be tough against both sides. T2350, 2312 average rpm.

Body: 5-9, 159-pounds. Compact frame with great athletic body movements.
Delivery: Moves with good athleticism and pace, shows great feel for using his back leg.
Arm Action: RH. Arm is loose into a 3/4 release, early armspeed with much more armspeed and velo down the line.
FB: T80, 72-79 mph. FB has solid IVB giving it heavy life out of the hand. More velo in the near future. T1992, 1813 average rpm.
CB: 62-65 mph. CB has very good movement with some snap to it. T1988, 1876 average rpm.
SL: 61-65 mph. T1705, 1705 average rpm.
CH: 67-70 mph. CH has some depth, still developing as a pitch currently. T1614, 1585 average rpm.

Channing Foster, University School of Jackson (TN), 2029 |
Positional Profile: RHP/SS
Body: 6-1, 180-pounds. Taller frame with proportional limbs. Room to grow. Twitchy movements with early signs of athleticism
Delivery: Has a controlled, lower leg lift before making an aggressive move, using his long wingspan to create tension and separation.
Arm Action: RH. Has a loose and lively arm that will support more velocity well as he develops.
FB: T82, 77-82 mph. FB has life to it and should get onto hitters. Sets up the rest of his arsenal very well. T2187, 1979 average rpm.
SL: 68-70 mph. SL has very solid movement, with bite towards the end. 3/7 movement. T2159, 2036 average rpm.
CH: 73-75 mph. CH is very lively with depth armside and downward movement. T1509, 1455 average rpm.

Cameron MacDougall, West Collierville Middle School (), 2029 |
Positional Profile:
Body: , -pounds. Lean, well-developed frame. Quick athletic action
Delivery: Compact turn into his leg lift, with a controlled drive down the mound. Gains good extension out front of the body.
Arm Action: . Bigger swing behind the body into a lower 3/4 release. developing armspeed present.
FB: T, mph. FB has very good ASR, shows the ability to get it to the gloveside. T, average rpm.
CB: mph. CB has 12/6 break with late movement, can let it pop out early at times. T, average rpm.
SL: mph. SL has great horizontal life, plays well off of his other options. T, average rpm.
CH: mph. CH has very good late fade to the armside, throws it with high intent. T, average rpm.

Cameron MacDougall, Collierville (TN), 2029 |
Positional Profile: SS/RHP
Body: 5-10, 160-pounds. Wide frame with long limbs. Excellent athleticism and reaction time.
Delivery: Has a smooth athletic delivery, gets very good drive out of his lower half from a tall leg lift.
Arm Action: RH. Loose and whippy arm, smooth through a 3/4 release is going to throw much harder one day.
FB: T80, 78-80 mph. FB has exceptional life to it, jumps at the top of the zone and tricky angle lower. T2071, 2038 average rpm.
CB: 61-61 mph. CB shows big break, with some sharpness. Very good pitch when located. T2150, 2090 average rpm.

Delivery: Carried consistent tempo through his windup, sits into his back hip well before driving down the mound.
Arm Action: LH. Arm drops straight back at glove break before spiraling well into a compact 3/4 release.
FB: T78, 74-78 mph. FB currently plays to velo, but sets up his other pitches well. Velo will come. T2089, 1961 average rpm.
CB: 64-67 mph. CB has good movement with a different shape than his SL. T1918, 1883 average rpm.
SL: 65-66 mph. SL has tight movement with more of a straight down break at present. T1869, 1834 average rpm.

Thomas Thornton, Trinity Christian Academy (TN), 2028 |
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Long frame with proportionate limbs.
Delivery: Carries high tempo into his leg lift, then gathers and gets a good drive out down the mound. Has a small turn inward with both the upper and lower halves.
Arm Action: RH. Arm is loose through a longer action, comes into a 3/4 release.
FB: T81, 73-81 mph. FB has great life vertically with thump into the glove. T2285, 1963 average rpm.
CB: 68-68 mph. T2205, 2205 average rpm.
SL: 69-71 mph. SL has good action, with more life when it gets it across his body to the gloveside. T2195, 2154 average rpm.
CH: 74-74 mph. Solid offering at present, with very good killed spin. T941, 867 average rpm.
CUT: 75-75 mph. Cutter has compact movement, but has plenty to miss barrels and create weak contact.

Charlie Welch, Montgomery Bell Academy (TN), 2030 |
Positional Profile: SS/RHP
Body: 5-7, 142-pounds. Smaller frame with room to grow.
Delivery: Shows solid feel for his mechanics, with some lankiness in his movements. Great base to grow on as he develops.
Arm Action: RH. 3/4 to low 3/4 slot, with a bigger swing behind the body.
FB: T68, 66-68 mph. Present ability to work his FB to both sides of the plate, solid shape should develop well. T1913, 1854 average rpm.
SL: 55-58 mph. SL has solid movement when he locates it down. T1860, 1745 average rpm.
CH: 60-62 mph. CH has very good depth to the armside. T1960, 1831 average rpm.
