In a back and forth battle that had the bulldogs of Fayetteville one strike away from the championship, Logan Orr provided late season fireworks in the first week with his go ahead grand slam in the top of the 7th with a 3-2 count and bases loaded with 2 outs. Orr's second homerun of the game bolstered the Hurrincane to the Arkansas Select Championship. 2020 Luke Davenport had a big outing, his second of the tournament, going 5 strong for the bulldogs. a game filled with many strikeouts, Davenport had 10 k's. Jacob Weatherley in his second outing of the day, slammed the door for Hurricane but had to do it in dramatic fashion himself. A bases loaded ground out ended the game for the Bulldogs.
