On Wednesday 2016 OF Caleb Carr committed to the University of Central Arkansas. Carr is the 16th player from the 2016 class to commit that has attended a Prep Baseball Report event. Caleb Carr, OF, White Hall HS
 Carr is a 5-foot-11 180-pound left-handed outfielder with a medium  frame and an athletic build. Offensively he has a short line drive swing  with fast bat speed producing exit velocities up to 88 mph at Arkansas  Top Prospects Games. Defensively he sound working through the baseball  with an accurate arm throwing 82 mph from the outfield. Physical tools  Carr is above average with sound physical strength and he runs a 6.98 in  the 60. Overall Carr is a solid baseball player, above average at all  phases of the game, with a workman approach to the game.
