Q&A with '24, Jace Cattoor

The Ralston Valley high school and Colorado Smashers product took the time to talk with the PBR Colorado staff about the upcoming baseball season and what he is excited for this high school season. He also talks about who had the biggest impact on his career.
Jace also talks about what his experience is with PBR and where he is at in his recruitment process.

Q&A with Jace Cattoor
Q: What has the recruiting process been like for you?
Cattoor: I have yet to start the recruiting process. Besides PBR showcases and PBR showcase games.
Q: Who has had the biggest impact on your baseball career?
Cattoor: My dad, he pushes me to be the best athlete and baseball player I can be. He also teaches me life lesson through baseball. He shows me that there is a bigger picture to baseball, that becoming a better person is our main goal in life.
Q: What are you most excited about for the ’22 baseball season?
Cattoor: I am most excited to see how our high school team competes, being a very young team. I am also excited to get my name out and reach out to colleges.
Q: What goals do you have for the upcoming season and future?
Cattoor: My goals are to be a leader on my high school and club team. I also hope to get some interest or offers from colleges.
Q: In regard to PBR what have you found to be the most beneficial to you?
Cattoor: Playing at the highest level of competition and learning that someone is always working just as hard or harder than you. This pushes me to be the best I can be everyday.
Q: Lastly, out of all the PBR events you have attended in your career, what has PBR meant to you during your time playing baseball in Colorado?
Cattoor: It has showed me that there are people who want you to succeed and want to help you succeed, but they can only do so much. You need to push yourself 110% everyday.
