Risers

#18 North Broward Prep

After struggling to start the year, North Broward has found its groove and has won seven in a row. A big win last week over previously ranked St. John Neumann has North Broward in a good spot as they get closer to playoffs.

#20 Niceville

Niceville had a strong Week 7 going 3-0. They defeated Crestview, Lincoln, and Pine Forest. They have an extremely tough Week 8 schedule where they match up against bubble team Pace, #22 Gulf Breeze, and #6 South Walton.

Fallers

#7 Calvary Christian

Calvary lost their second game of the season last week, falling 2-1 to bubble team Lakeland Christian. Still 18-2 on the season, the Warriors will look to bounce back and go on another long winning streak heading into the playoffs.

NR Jupiter

Jupiter fell out of the Power 25 this week after losing their 6th game of the season last week. It's been an up-and-down season for the Warriors, but with as tough a schedule as they're playing the losses are going to come. Jupiter hopes to be battled tested for the playoffs.

Newcomers

#22 Gulf Breeze

Gulf Breeze makes their first appearance of the season in the Power 25. The Dolphins have a great resume with wins over South Walton, Pensacola Catholic, and Pace. 13-4 on the season but they head into a tough stretch of games before the regular season ends.

#23 NSU University

NSU University School cracks the Power 25 for the first time as well this week. 18-2 on the season. The Sharks are currently riding a 10-game winning streak. Their signature wins came over Jupiter and True North. They look to be a team that can make some noise in the playoffs.
