CA RANKINGS UPDATE: CLASS OF 2025

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - As the High School baseball season is fully underway here in California, it is time for a look at our updated high school Player Rankings for the class of 2025. While only freshmen these players have established themselves as the top players in their class in the State of California. 

The #1 spot is  held by RHP/INF Vaughn Neckar (Vista Murrieta) who is a Louisiana State commit. Neckar, who also bats in the heart of the Broncos lineup, is a highly projectable pitcher who runs it up to 92 mph and pairs it with a very sharp slider while showing feel for his changeup. 

The rest of the Top Five is rounded out by No. 2 LHP Trey Morris, No. 3 RHP Zach Strickland, No. 4 SS Gavin Fien, and No. 5 OF/RHP Brock Sell. 

We intentionally kept this list short - 30 players - as we head into the midpoint of the high school season given the nature of baseball in California. As these players continue to matriculate through high school the class rankings will expand.
