The fall season is well underway, but we’re taking a quick look back at the summer with this week’s Hotlist. Listed below are the players of the summer, prospects who performed well at big events or elevated their stock.

Jordyn Adams, OF, Green Hope HS, NC (2018)
An elite athlete committed to North Carolina to play football and baseball, Adams transformed himself from a suspect to a prospect on the summer circuit. There is natural physical ability with strength and quickness to his game. During workouts for the East Coast Pro Showcase and for the Under Armour All-American Game Adams showed a shorter stroke with the ability to find the barrel, allowing the ball to jump off the bat. He produced the game-winning hit at the Under Armour All-American Game at Wrigley Field. The fall will be dedicated to football where the five-star receiver shines. As December approaches Adams may have a decision on early entry or playing out the spring and to see how the draft shakes out.
