Prep Baseball Report's PBR Winter Open- Quad Cities event took place on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. The event was held at Fielder's Choice in Milan, IL. The event featured prospects from the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 classes from Iowa and Illinois who showcased their talents in front of our scouting staff

Today we conclude our event analysis with the Top Prospects. North Scott C/OF Tony Barreca takes the top spot. Barreca is one of the top uncommitted players in Iowa’s 2018 Class and showed off advanced ability behind the plate.
