The high school season is still a few months away, but RHP Noah Burkholder (Crown Point HS, IN) is eager to get it started. Most of 2014 was a trying year for him as he barely pitched through the spring and summer, battling a nagging injury. During a time when scouts have players under a microscope, Burkholder wasn’t at his best and he wants to show what he’s capable of.

“I feel like I haven’t pitched to my ability at all,” he said. “I haven’t thrown nearly as many innings, but I don’t think I’m behind the eight ball as far as getting noticed. I’m just looking forward to working hard with my trainer in Chicago and getting ready for the spring.”
