Louisiana State had a big week, landing two frontline commitments—a 2016 and 2018. RHP Zack Hess (Liberty Christian Academy, VA) recently put himself back on the market by de-committing from Virginia Tech before committing to the Tigers. He has a power arm, sitting in the low 90s with his fastball and a strong follow for the 2016 draft. The 2018 is RHP Landon Marceaux (Destrehan HS, LA). The top sophomore in Louisiana, Marceaux already sits in the high 80s with his fastball and touches 90 with a clean, loose arm action.
