The 2019 Overall Rankings were updated yesterday and expanded to include 150 prospects from Prep Baseball Report’s coverage area. This week’s Hotlist looks at those that either joined the list in a notable spot or climbed the board since the last edition.

Drake Baldwin, C, Madison West HS, WI
Baldwin is a new addition to the Wisconsin rankings, checking in at No. 6 in the state. He has a ton of bat strength and a strong arm. At 6 feet, 186 pounds he wears the gear well behind the plate and is a solid receiver with a strong will to block the baseball. He projects as a physical left-handed hitting catcher with an offensive knack that could hit in the middle of a lineup at the next level.
