With Winter Standouts, we will highlight top performers from events of the winter. Today we take a look at Jeremy Lapp-Barger, a uncommitted 2018 from Century high school. Lapp-Barger was primarily a position player and was part of team Mid-Atlantic at the PBR Future Games last summer. In the fall he made a move
