Union Academy visited Carmel Christian on Thursday afternoon.  The Cardinal did not waste much time in jumping out in front with Carter Devore and R Rape scoring via a Brett Moore double down the 3B line in the 2nd. Moore took that lead with him to the mound where he fired 5 innings, giving up just 1 run, and striking out 6. Beckett Gurian closed the final two innings, striking out 3 without allowing a base runner.DeVore led the way for the Cardinal with 2 hits, 2 runs and 2 RBI.
