Similar to a previous look this spring Holland made a good impression with his tools and athleticism. He is more athlete than polished baseball player at this point in his development, but he’s quick-twitch with positional versatility; playing left field, shortstop and second base in the five game look. Plus runner with an above average arm and quick hands on defense. At the plate he’s an aggressive hitter who gets his swings. Appeared to guess often with not much selectivity to his approach.
