SYRACUSE, NY—After bursting onto the scene as an underclassman, LHP Jeff Belge (Henninger HS, NY) struggled at the Tournament of Stars last summer and then missed some time due to an injury. He’s back on the mound this spring and has come out hot. Making his fourth start Tuesday, the St. John’s recruit was pitching in front of a few dozen scouts with the draft about a month away.
