Top Performer Spotlight: 2019 C Anthony Polosky (Johnson City HS)

Last Chance Preview-Downstate (November 18, 2017) Polosky is a highly athletic 6-foot-3 192 pound catcher who ran a 7.15 60.  Offensively- Right handed hitter with set-up shoulder width apart.  Slight front leg trigger as hands go back.  Quick hands with short follow through.  Stays balanced throughout the swing and produced an exit velo of 81 MPH.  Defensively-  As a catcher he receives the ball with smooth, soft hands and has a clean transfer.  Showed a strong arm at 75 MPH behind the dish with a pop time of 2.10-2.18 which will improve with better footwork.  A solid prospect in the 2019 class.
