The Buckeye State is filled with high-level baseball prospects throughout each corner of the state. Frank Ciacchi 3B / OF / Brunswick, OH / 2018 Rankings  State Rank:80 POS:5 BRUNSWICK - In the summer of 2016, Toledo first became interested in Frank Ciacchi during the Top Prospect Games. More than a year later, Ciacchi is a Rocket after recently committing to play at the Mid-American Conference school. “It was last summer in June,” Ciacchi said of when he first began talking with Toledo. “It’s been going on for a year-and-a-half now.”
