The Hotlist: Top Uncommitted Pitchers

By Nathan Rode and PBR Staff

School is starting again around much of the country bringing us a new class of seniors. Most have made verbal commitments to play at the college level, but there are still plenty of good prospects that remain undecided. This week, we take a look at the top available arms.

McCae Allen, RHP, Bishop Carrol HS, KS
A 6-foot-4, 205-pound righty, Allen recently touched 85 mph on the mound, using a simple delivery and high-3/4 arm slot. He works down in the zone and gets a high percentage of ground balls. His fastball has run and sink. He controls his breaking ball, which sits 70-71 with 11/5 shape.
