After focusing on hitters in the 2016 class the last few weeks, we turn our attention to the mound. Listed below are some of the pitchers with the best fastballs in the 2016 class.

Jordan Balazovic, RHP, St. Martin’s Collegiate SS, ON
With his 6-foot-4, 175-pound frame and loose, easy arm action, Balazovic is likely to add to his fastball that already touches 90 mph. The ball comes out of his hand easy and he gets natural run and sink at times from a 3/4 slot. He shows control and throw strikes with room to improve his command as he’ll pitch up in the zone at times. He mixes in a curveball with slurvy break at 76-77 and a good changeup with sink at 78.
