Uncommitted Senior Spotlight: C/RHP Ethan Eichhorn

With less than a week until the first allowable day of PIAA baseball practices for high school teams around the state there are talented seniors still looking for the right college fit. Today we highlight uncommitted senior Ethan Eicchorn who participated in the Eastern PA College Prospect Showcase last July.

Scouting Report
6-foot, 190-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a leg-hang stride. Displayed balance throughout with a feel for the barrel while creating some backspin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 83 mph and ran a 7.43 60-yard dash. Athletic defender showcased a soft glove hand and quick feet in transition. Registered pop times of 2.08-2.15 on throws of 76 mph from the crouch with above average carry to the bag. The righty also sat 81-83 off the mound out of an over-the-top arm slot while repeating his delivery consistently. Showcased some tilt to his curveball with 11/5 rotation at 67-69 and flashed good sell on his changeup at 69-73.
