Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 88 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 81 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Physical: Athletic, twitchy build at 5-foot-8, 158-pounds. 7.05 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, grounded stance, as the barrel attaches to the shoulder. Utilized a simple lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a quick, rotational path into the hitting zone. Displayed a mostly pull-side approach with a T89MPH EV and A/AVG feel for the sweet spot (43%). Furthest blast traveled an estimated 306FT.
Defensively: The OF is a middle of the field prospect, using clean reads and tracking skills to play from behind the ball. Funneled off his right side with an accurate 85MPH arm-strength (H ¾). Chance to stick long term.
Pitching: LHP. Stretch-only off the center of the rubber; momentum through up/down/out phase with hand-speed on a 79-81MPH FB. Landed 69-70MPH CB for strikes (1/7 tilt) and faded a 75-76MPH CH, up to 11 inch HM.
