Risers and Newcomers to the Class of 2018 Rankings

Yesterday, PBR VA/DC updated its Class of 2018 Rankings. There was some shuffling in the Top 30, along with a new Number 1 overall prospect, Centreville RHP Cristian Sanchez. As part of this update, we expanded the rankings from 210 players to 235, and we also moved players in other parts of the rankings as well. Today we will highlight a few of the newcomers as well as some of the big risers in the middle of the rankings.

Risers

While there were quite a few small tweaks in the rankings, six players made rather large jumps in our updated 2018 rankings:

-Fort Chiswell's Chance Davis moved up 21 spots as he continues to be an intriguing prospect with the potential to excel at multiple positions when he gets to Concord.
