The PBR Virginia/DC uncommitted player spotlights looks at players still available in all classes. Now in November, we continue our focus on the uncommitted talent available in the 2017 class. There is still plenty of talent available in the state of Virginia that can help a program. Here is the latest addition to the uncommitted player spotlights.

SCOUTING REPORT
5.22.16: Fitzgerald stands 5-11 with a lanky frame. Throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a tall and fall delivery and a long, loose arm action that generates velocity with normal effort. Shoulders were downhill and strode out on line to a square landing with an athletic finish. Fastball had slight run, sitting 80-81. Gradual 10/4 slider with good arm speed that he threw for strikes at 68-69. Good arm speed on a sinking change-up that moved well down in the zone at 68.
