The #6 Benedictine Cadets traveled to Collegiate on Wednesday for a rematch with the Cougars. The Cadets got strong pitching performances from 2021's Jay Woolfolk (Virginia) and Connor Handy (New Orleans). The two senior arms would hold Collegiate scoreless, Woolfolk striking out five over three innings and Handy striking out four over three innings. The Cadets' offense produced from top to the bottom, but was led by seniors Hank Carpin and Victor Johnson (Patrick Henry CC). Benedictine would win this one in six innings by a score of 10-0.
