SoCal Player of the Week: RHP/OF Nick Seamons

2018 RHP/OF Nick Seamons (Rancho Bernardo HS) has been named this week's Prep Baseball Report SoCal Player of the Week thanks to his outstanding performance both at the plate and on the mound.

The senior pitched 7 total innings on the week allowing 1 run. In a 3-1 win against highly ranked Cathedral Catholic, the University of Nevada commit went 6 innings allowing 1 run on 2 hits with 4 strikeouts, neutralizing Cathedral's potent offense. Seamons also had quite the week at the plate where he hit .444 with a triple and 4 stolen bases, including a 3-for-3 effort against Cathedral in which he also scored 2 runs.

For his efforts, Seamons has been named the Prep Baseball Report SoCal Player of the Week for the week of March 5th - 11th.
