THE FIVE: Uncommitted 2020 Outfielders - N. California

Outfielders can occasionally get lost in the shuffle of recruiting, especially at a showcase, and particularly so if the tools are not BIG and obvious. Sometimes you have to dig deeper and work a little harder to observe what players can offer.

As we previously mentioned, a lot of infielders will end up as outfielders, but it will take those kids a lot of practice time to pick up the nuances of playing out on the grass. We feel this group we are highlighting do a lot of the smaller things that often get overlooked.

This edition of THE FIVE features five 2020 Northern California outfielders we observed at a couple of PBR showcases this past year. Some we have seen a few times, others we only had the one look. Suffice to say, we hope you'll add them to your outfielder lists and give them a look the next time you come across these players in 2019.
