With the cancellation of the OK baseball season, PBR will be highlighting some of the top ranked uncommitted seniors to help provide the most exposure possible in these strange and difficult times. This week, we take a look at a highly-projectable left-handed hitter, OF Noah Miller (Edmond North). The 6-foot-3 185-pound outfielder runs a sub 7.00 60, shows an actuate arm in the mid 80s, and shows promising power potential. See full spotlight below.
