A 6-foot, 175-pound athletic build. Offensively, right-handed hitter, middle of the cage, flat approach. Hits from an open, athletic stance, some rhythm in the hands, big leg kick for timing, short to the ball, high, rotational finish, very quick hands, exit velo of 87 mph. Smooth runner, 6.83 60. Defensively, in the outfield, good actions, some stiffness, high-3/4 arm slot with some carry and accuracy, 82 mph. On the infield, shows some quickness, flashes improved footwork, low-3/4 slot, 72 mph.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?
Burke: No strikeouts in the season and keep under 4 errors. Get the team to a positive record and set a positive example for the younger players in the program.
