With a few major national events going on the last couple weeks, we’ve been on hiatus with The Buzz, but there has been no shortage of news in the world of recruiting. To start, a couple of draft prospects who had de-committed announced their new commitments. RHP Austin Marozas (Plainfield South HS, IL) verbally pledged to Kentucky. He is the No. 1 prospect in Illinois. In Florida, RHP Brandon McCabe (Home Schooled, FL) committed to Louisiana State.
