National Supervisor Nathan Rode took a look at the top uncommitted speedsters from around the PBR coverage area. OF Kyle Schulz (Bradford) made Rode’s list and backed it up recently with a 6.72 at the Illinois Unsigned Senior Showcase. In light of our recent Unsigned Senior Showcases we take a look at some of the Badger State’s top speedsters that are still on the market.
