Evaluation: Good frame on Clark at 6-foot-3, 190-pounds with room to add strength. Works from high-¾ arm slot, fastball has been up to 89 mph, saw him end of fall and sat mid-80s. Arm works, good rotation on breaking ball at 69-71 mph, changeup with some sink when arm speed was kept. Threw strikes. Chance to be strong right-hander out of Windsor with potential for three pitches.
