Carson Herrmann C / 1B / Gretna East, NE / 2026

A two-sport athlete who also stars on the basketball court, Herrmann has the 6-foot-3, 200-pound frame recruiters look for to handle the rigors of catching. Defensively, he checks plenty of boxes with his blocking, receiving, and ability to control the zone. Offensively, the right-hander shows a projectable swing with consistent barrel control—finding the sweet spot 69.2% of the time in BP with exit velocities in the 90s, topping at 93.8 at the Super Senior Games. Hit .351 last season for the Class B State Champion Gretna East Griffins.
