With the summer behind us and the 2026 State Rankings being released at the end of last month, we’re taking a look at some of the top uncommitted players within this update. Today, we are taking a look at the top-10 uncommitted catchers. This list is full of impact bats and defenders that are still looking for a home.

From 7/17/25: "Uncommitted. Lessard would continue to show one of the more intriguing C/RHH profiles still on the market. A loft-based approach at the plate with present barrel strength and a developing feel to hit, the Muskego product would finish the tournament 7-for-17 with a double, two home runs, five RBIs, and five runs scored. 6-foot, 185-pound frame with present strength." |

From 7/31/25: "Athletic receiver behind the plate, showcased a 95 mph max EV during the workout portion of the showcase as well as an 81 catcher velo from the crouch. Balanced stance in the box, short to the ball, strong hands in the swing. He’s one of the strongest and most athletic uncommitted players in Wisconsin’s senior class and he has a strong case as its top overall unsigned backstop too." |

From 3/28/25: "C Jacob Huff (Delevan-Darien, 2026) is an athletic catcher with the ability to be both an offensive and defensive minded catcher. Huff continues to impress our staff with his compact right-handed swing while producing solid low 90’s exit velocities with his line drive stroke. Behind the plate, Huff demonstrated a strong arm with a very quick release through the second base bag and was tied for an event best 1.92 seconds pop time. Huff is a guy our staff continues to be high on behind the plate." |

From 7/31/25: "One of the top uncommitted catchers in the state's 2026 class. Balanced setup in the box, minimalistic hand load, quick hands, barrel works uphill. Achieved a catcher velocity of 80 mph from the crouch to pair with a best pop time of 1.94. Quick, short arm action with carry on the ball." |

From 7/31/25: "Strong and physical left-handed hitting catcher with size listed at 6-foot-3, 219-pounds with strength throughout the frame. At the plate, the left handed hitter gets to his strength with ease, the ball jumps off the bat to all fields with leverage reaching a peak exit velo of 95.8 mph throughout his round of batting practice. Defensively from behind the dish Glysch has the making of a quality defender showing reliable hands in the past to pair with arm strength and accurate throws to the bag. A strong and physical left-handed hitter with a defensive skillset that plays in college and beyond." |

Standing at 5-foot-11, 178-pounds with room for added strength throughout his frame. At the plate, Poker found the barrel consistently driving the ball on a line through the middle of the field. Defensively, Poker is a confident defender with advanced catch and throw traits with soft and fluid hands, and arm strength up to 79 mph with a pop range of 1.90-2.01. In the outfield takes aggressive routes to the baseball and shows arm strength up to 90 mph. Another arrow up junior that is a follow prospect heading into the spring." |

From 3/19/25: "C Manuel Abreu Socorro (Sun Prairie East, 2026) is a physical 5-foot-10, 200 pounds right-handed hitting catcher. At the plate, Abreu Socorro took a quality round of batting practice, consistently driving the ball on a line through the middle of the field. Defensively, Abreu Socorro was on the bag throughout his pop times, recording a 2.00-2.10 range with an accurate arm up to 73 mph." |

Laliwa Delgado C / OF / West De Pere, WI / 2026Rankings StateRank: 101 / POS: 10
From 3/28/25: "C/UTL Laliwa Delgado (West De Pere, 2026) showed out again in front of our staff for the second time this winter. The junior utility player started off his day by running a solid 6.99 seconds 60 yard dash. Next, he set a personal best 99 max exit velocity during batting practice showcasing his patented compact and handsy swing with tons of feel for the barrel through the hitting zone. On defense, Delgado clocked a solid 2.00 pop time from home to second base and showed plenty of arm strength in order to nab would-be basestealers. He also showed off his ability to pick it in the middle of the infield and was 87 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Delgado continues to impress our staff." |

John Arnold C / OF / Sussex Hamilton, WI / 2026Rankings StateRank: 102 / POS: 11
From 7/31/25: "Stands tall in the box with a heavy leg kick, bat coil during the stride. Shows feel for the barrel in the swing, pull side approach. Short, over the top arm action from behind the plate. Arnold is an athletic receiver, where he’s most comfortable defensively, but he was also impressive out in right field this spring for his high school. Additionally, he was one of the Chargers’ top hitters on a squad that made it all the way to the state tourney." |

From 5/15/25: "Uncommitted, coming back from injury this week, Vogt went 7-for-9 in four games including five doubles, one triple, and two HBP. He also scored six runs and had four RBI during that four game stretch." |
