Quality of Contact Leaders
In this installment of Best of the Fall, we turn our focus to the hitters who consistently produced high-quality contact during fall events. Using TrackMan data captured throughout batting practice, this leaderboard highlights players who paired bat speed with efficient launch characteristics — translating to repeatable impact across multiple swings.
The metrics featured here go beyond raw power. Hard Hit Percentage identifies hitters generating 90+ mph exit velocities, while Line Drive Percentage and Sweet Spot Percentage spotlight players who repeatedly found optimal launch angles. Together, these numbers point to hitters who not only hit the ball hard, but do so with intent, barrel accuracy, and consistency — traits that tend to carry over into game performance.
HIGHEST SWEET SPOT%
