Prep Baseball KC Evolution Series

Tournament Information

Teams from the top programs across the Midwest will battle it out at the 4th annual Prep Baseball Kansas City Evolution Series.

This invitation-only event will feature some of the top organizations Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado and more have to offer. PB Scouting Directors from the Midwest region will help coordinate this three-game guarantee event by running an OPTIONAL showcase (For 13U&14U only), which will utilize trackman data for hitters, laser timed 60's and a full defensive evaluation. Pitchers will be evaluated during games throughout the weekend. All of this data will go towards helping the regional scouting directors fill out their rosters for Prep Baseball's Jr. Future Games squads. 

Nowhere else in the country will you find an opportunity like this. Two top of the line fully lit complexes with 14 total fields only 15 minutes apart hosting the same event week in and week out! Creekside Baseball Park is located 15 minutes from the KCI airport as well as Homefield, has a Holiday Inn Express on site, 6 fields with turf infields with freshly renovated grass outfields, batting cages on-site, turf bullpens with plyo-wall and mounds, a full size concession stand, covered dugouts and bleachers. Homefield Baseball Complex is located 25 minutes from the airport, sits right across the highway from the Legends shopping center, has many hotels and restaurants nearby as well as other amenities. As for the baseball fields?? There are brand new 8 fully turfed diamonds, batting cages on each field, turf bullpens and mounds, two concession stands, covered dugouts and bleachers with much more to come.

Champions will be crowned at the end of the weekend!

D1 - This division is open to teams equivalent to Major or high end AAA

D2 - This division is open to teams equivalent to AAA or high end AA 

D3 - This division is open to teams equivalent to A/AA

D1/D2 - This division is open to teams equivalent to Major, AAA and or high end AA

Open - Available to teams from all divisions/classifications

**The Prep Baseball staff and tournament director have full control and the final determination on what division each team plays in based on team rankings and past tournament success. Teams may play up into a higher division but are prohibited from playing down.

11U & 12U - 50' mound, 70' bases

13U - 54' mound, 80' bases
