Big-time strength in the 6-foot-1, 220-pound frame.@PB_Uncommitted @BT_Baseball || #GAHS26 pic.twitter.com/hOwZTNlNL1
Key moments
A five-run 4th inning for the Titans ultimately was the deciding factor. Bradyn Oblas with a big 2-run 2B as one of the biggest swings of the night.
Ian’s Takeaway:
A strong season opener for the defending 4A State Champions. While replacing multiple starters, BT looked ready for the moment. Joseph Contreras up to 98 with a full swing-and-miss mix ready to roll. Nick Bobrowski with 6 K over 3.0 IP for the Greyhounds. Pope loaded the bases with no outs on back-to-back innings but key defensive plays and strong relief arms only limited the Greyhound to just 1 run. Both teams will be in the mix once again this spring.

Key moments:
Lagrange commit, Will Degenhard gets the Bears on the board with an RBI single.
Gritty.
— Prep Baseball Georgia (@PrepBaseballGA) February 10, 2026
Great AB for the @lcbaseball21 commit - 2026 C Will Degenhard.
Strong hands stay back and works oppo for @Bears_CHS fist run of the season.#GAHS26 pic.twitter.com/JMnkwvhZWB
It was a back and forth pitchers duel for the majority of the game and Ethan Herrington ended up coming through with the game winning RBI single in the top of the 7th. Ethan Rasper was excellent out of the pen and shut the door in the 7th to clinch the win.
Hudson’ Takeaway:
One can never go wrong with a cross town rivalry to open the season. Both Milton and Cambridge had a good mix of upperclass and underclass names throughout the line up. The Gavin Gebhardt vs Caelen Frederick match up was something I was really looking forward to. Both offenses were quiet with only 2 hits throughout the entire game. Jackson Haug and Gavin Gebhardt were both great in their starts, but both bullpen performances were what really stood out to me. Jacob Sherrill is an intriguing sophomore arm that made quick work of the Bears offense. Ethan Rasper kept the tie in check and gave the offense a chance in the 7th where Ethan Herrington came through with the game winning hit. These will be 2 teams I will definitely check back in on to see guys like Sebastian Peralta more for Cambridge and get more looks at Frederick for the Eagles.

Comes through late as he drives this into deep CF for the SAC fly to add a clutch insurance run.
Excellent ability to rotate w/ present bat speed and strength alike. #GAHS26 pic.twitter.com/0whVy3hzwh
Key moments:
It was a back and forth affair all night long as Jackson Lee kickstarted the offense with a clutch 2-out knock to open the scoring for Landmark in the bottom of the first to make it 2-0. Evan Osterman delivered a massive swing in the third inning with a 2-run bomb as Trinity would tack on 2 more runs as well to make it 4-2. Landmark took advantage of a couple defensive miscues and walks to tie it back up at 4-4 then ultimately took the lead at 5-4. Elliot Nadreau took one of the biggest swings of the night with an RBI Sac Fly to make it 6-4 in the 6th for a much needed insurance run. Zazil Schoop added an RBI knock to cut the deficit to 6-5 in the 7th. Jackson Lee was able to maneuver his way through 3-innings of 1-run ball to slam the door and take the win for Landmark Christian.
Avery’s Takeaway:
The Landmark Christian War Eagles opened the season with a bang as they took down their rivals for the first time in 8 years. Both starters (Taylor Casson) (Evan Osterman) were up to the task and kept their teams in it as Casson was up to 94. Jackson Lee (Reached all 4 times), Niles Redrick (2R), and Taylor Casson were the focal points of the offense as Lee tossed massive innings out of the pen as well. Evan Osterman (2-run HR) and Jake Anderson (2 H) powered the Trinity Christian offense but came up just short. Both these squads appear poised to be in the mix as Trinity will look to avenge its early season loss on March 2nd.
