He pitched with his fastball up to 86 mph with 6.9 feet of extension which is a huge extension number at any level of baseball. His 11/5 shaped breaking ball was thrown with intent and he showcased feel for the pitch. He rounded out his arsenal with a late sinking change up in and out of the zone. Baker is an athlete and ran a solid 7.12 seconds 60 yard dash and jumped an impressive 26.7 inches on his vertical. He hit with a downhill swing with quick hands and was up to 92 mph with his exit velocity. Last, he was 89 mph from the outfield during defense. Caden Baker checked multiple boxes on Sunday and proved why he is a name to follow in the state, especially as an upside right-handed pitcher."
