Prep Baseball KC Super Select

Tournament Information

The Prep Baseball KC Super Select will become pound for pound the most competitive event that Prep Baseball Kansas City runs. This unique event has a format unlike anything you have ever played. If team count allows (must be a multiple of 4), teams will be split into 4 team pods. Winners of game 1 play for an automatic bid. The two 0-1 teams play to keep their hopes alive. The two 1-1 teams play for a spot in the bracket! There will be a 2-0 and a 2-1 team from each POD advancing to the championship bracket. 0-2 teams will get a consolation game to fulfill their game guarantee. 

Nowhere else in the country will you find an opportunity like this. Two top of the line fully lit complexes with 14 total fields only 15 minutes apart hosting the same event week in and week out! Creekside Baseball Park is located 15 minutes from the KCI airport as well as Homefield, has a Holiday Inn Express on site, 6 fields with turf infields, batting cages on-site, turf bullpens with plyo-wall and mounds, a full size concession stand, covered dugouts and bleachers. Homefield Baseball Complex is located 25 minutes from the airport, sits right across the highway from the Legends shopping center, has many hotels and restaurants nearby as well as other amenities. As for the baseball fields?? There are brand new 8 fully turfed diamonds, batting cages on each field, turf bullpens and mounds, two concession stands, covered dugouts and bleachers with much more to come.

Champions will be crowned at the end of the weekend!

D1 - This division is open to teams equivalent to Major or high end AAA

D2 - This division is open to teams equivalent to AAA or high end AA 

D3 - This division is open to teams equivalent to A/AA

D1/D2 - This division is open to teams equivalent to Major, AAA and or high end AA

Open - Available to teams from all divisions/classifications

**The Prep Baseball staff and tournament director have full control and the final determination on what division each team plays in based on team rankings and past tournament success. Teams may play up into a higher division but are prohibited from playing down.

9U & 10U - 46' mound, 65' bases

11U & 12U - 50' mound, 70' bases

13U - 54' mound, 80' bases 

14U - 60' mound, 90' bases
