The Owyhee bats came out hot in the first inning with a leadoff single, a single, a walk, and a bases clearing triple from Cade Walker (OF) that really got things going for the Storm. Middleton with the trusted lefty on the mound got out of the first after giving up five runs. Ian Lenius (LHP) remained in the game and slowed down the Storm offense. Middleton found their way back into the game in the 5th when the bats got going pushing 4 accross. The Storm held onto their lead despite the late surge by the Vikings, Kaleb Doty (RHP) was able to close out the game on the mound.

The ball was flying at Mountain View High School last night as three balls left the park. The Mavs jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead in the first, but this did not mean the Grizzlies were going to roll over. The Grizzlies answered back in the 4th with two big flies from 2025 Jeff Thompson and 2025 Jamison Pearson pushing three runs accross. This sparked the Mavs offense again and they answer back with a home run of their own from 2025 Tate Baird. Mountain View pushed 3 runs across in the fifth taking the score to 6-3, Rocky was able to get one run in the top of the 7th.
