Prep Baseball Dakotas: 2025 Fall Check-In

The Dakotas, USA - Prep players from North and South Dakota are making a strong impression this fall. Playing in games and tournaments across the upper mid-west, players have made their presence felt on the mound, at the dish and all over the diamond. Growth throughout the fall and finally moving inside for the winter months, has us pumped for what the future has for baseball across the Dakotas.

We reached out to club coaches that these Dakota boys played on to get a closer glimpse of what their fall season looked like. Here are the impact performers from the fall of 2025.


Impact Players

Lawsen Hensley SS / RHP / Sioux Flls Roosevelt, SD / 2026 / Midwest Evolution

The recent DCTC Blue Knight commit showed extremely hitterish tendencies during his fall season for Midwest Evolution. Hensley had an OPS of .820 out of the leadoff spot, while swiping 8 bags and scoring 14 runs. Hensley was nearly perfect at shortstop, finishing with a .969 fielding percentage. 

Cameron Stahl RHP / OF / Horace, ND / 2028 / Northstar

The Sophomore from Horace, North Dakota had an impressive fall for Northstar. On the mound, Stahl had 11 Ks in 11 2/3 innings pitched in the fall, running his fastball up to 87 at The Rock in Wisconsin. Stahl will be an exciting follow as he develops physically, high upside from the 2028 out of the Peace Garden State.
