With the fall and summer circuits behind us and the 2027 State Rankings being released at the end of the summer, we’re taking a look at some of the top uncommitted players within this update. Today, we are taking a look at the top-10 uncommitted right-handed pitchers. This list is full of impact arms that are still looking for a home.

2027 Top-10 Uncommitted: RHP

Chase Wolter RHP / Whitefish Bay, WI / 2027

From 7/31/25: "Future Games 2025: RHP Chase Wolter (Whitefish Bay) stands in at a long-levered 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame with noticeable added strength from the last time we saw him. There is still room for more strength as it stands and with his quality feel for his mechanics he could turn into a can’t-miss arm in the Badger State. Wolter attacked hitters with a lively 86-89 mph fastball that possesses above average spin. The righty also attacks hitters with a mid-70s slider with 2284 average rpms and has late horizontal break, landing it for strikes often. Wolter is a three sport athlete and his athleticism is noticeable on the mound, using his athleticism and frame to gain extension down the mound. His up-tempo delivery, while aggressive, is controlled down the mound and has consistency. In his two innings of work, Wolter allowed a hit, two walks, and struck out two. Wolter is a high follow arm that could very well continue to rise up the rankings and has a lot of upside on the mound."

Maxwell Lubenow RHP / Madison West, WI / 2027

From 7/31/25: "Maxwell Lubenow, RHP (Madison West): Perhaps this biggest winner of the event, the long-levered 6-foot-3, 186-pound right-hander showed easy arm speed and feel for an advanced arsenal while challenging and beating hitters in the zone. Easy stretch-only delivery with repeatability, features a high leg-lift, drops back leg and utilizes his frame to gain ground, hard but controlled follow through and throws out of a high 3/4 slot with a whippy arm. His primary offering was a 86-88 mph FB (T89) that came with lively arm-side run. The righty also offered a 73-76 mph curveball with sharp 11/5 bite, with the two offerings allowing him to strike out three batters in his two innings of work."

Ty Bumgardner RHP / Notre Dame De La Baie Academy, WI / 2027

From 7/31/25: Future Games 2025: RHP Ty Bumgardner (Notre Dame Academy) stands in at 6-foot-2, 181-pounds with room for added strength and features a delivery with plenty of athleticism down the mound. He attacked hitters with a fastball in the 82-86 mph range. Bumgardner had a pair of secondaries to pair with the fastball: a 76-78 mph slider with a strong feel for spin. The slider was up tp to 2493 rpms and came with sharp 11/5 bite. Bumgardner rounds out his arsenal with a 77-78 mph changeup with some tumbling action arm-side."

Maddux Hermus RHP / Kimberly, WI / 2027

From 4/17/25: "Uncommitted, one of the top sophomores in the state, set to debut in the next rankings update, standing at 5-foot-10, 189 pounds with strength throughout the frame. Hermus came on in relief of Deering with a loud look out of the ‘pen striking out two batters across 1.2 innings on the mound, walking two. In the zone with three pitches, the fastball reached 86 mph with running action, spun a sweeping breaking ball in the low-70s to pair with a running changeup at 76-78 mph."

Lucas Weber RHP / Whitnall, WI / 2027

From 7/31/25: Lucas Weber, RHP (Whitnall): A quick armed right-hander standing at a compact and strong 5-foot-10, 171-pound frame. Throwing out of an easy tall-and-fall delivery and overhand slot, his delivery is simple and repeatable and has a strong feel for a three-pitch mix. His fastball plays in the 85-87 mph (T88) range with arm-side run, as well as a tight mid-70s slider with a strong feel for spin at 2689 average rpms of spin."

Ashtyn Seifert RHP / Beaver Dam, WI / 2027

From 7/31/25: "Ashtyn Seifert, RHP/INF (Beaver Dam): Is a projectable 6-foot-1, 166-pound athlete with plenty of room left for added strength to his frame. Seifert would show feel for his entire arsenal throughout a two inning scoreless outing where he struck out three batters, allowing two hits. The fastball played with life out of the hand, reaching 86.7 mph while sitting 83-86 mph thorughout with life out of the hand and flashing carry. Showing feel for two secondaries, a mid-70s slider with two plane sweeping action and a fading changeup up to 81 mph."

Carter Tuerk RHP / Arrowhead High, WI / 2027

From 2/26/25: "RHP Carter Tuerk (Arrowhead, 2027) is another player with a big step forward from the last time we saw. When we saw Tuerk in Sheboygan, he had an average velocity on his fastball at 82 mph. On sunday, it was 85 mph with the same downhill angle and carry through areas of zone. He measured an athletic 6-foot-1, 172 pounds with a well-proportioned and athletic build to his frame. He complimented his fastball with a big breaking curveball at 73-75 mph and a fading change up at 77-79 mph. The arrow continues to be up on the sophomore right-hander."

Carson Lysaght RHP / Elkhorn, WI / 2027

From 2/26/25: "RHP Carson Lysaght (Elkhorn, 2027) made himself known to our staff last year across multiple quality outings. The athletic right-hander has shown real arm talent in the past and continued to do-so this past weekend. Sitting 85-87 mph with his fastball and showing feel for the zone. The secondaries shined, Lysaght continued to show the innate feel to spin a quality slider that reaches the mid-70s at times and has shown to get S/M in game. Lysaght also showed a mid-70s curveball that flashed sharp and a heavy fading change up."

Anthony Sirocchi RHP / Westosha Central, WI / 2027

From 4/10/25: "Uncommitted, a rising sophomore is the state, expected to debut in the next rankings update, listed at 6-foot, 180 pounds with room to add to the frame. Coming in as a reliever and throwing the final three innings. During his outing, he allowed no runs on just one hit and two walks while striking out four. He showed feel for the zone, featuring a fastball with carry through the top of the zone that kept hitters off balance throughout."

Rhett Lamovec RHP / 3B / Loyal, WI / 2027

From 3/28/25: "RHP/3B Rhett Lamovec (Loyal, 2027) would show an intriguing two-way profile on Sunday, one that should make him a must-know name in the emerging 2027 Wisconsin class. The right-handed arm would show intentful actions throughout his bullpen, with a quick arm and high 3/4s release. The fastball would sit 85-87 (T88) with late two-seam tailing action and was thrown alongside a mid-to-low-70s 10/4 curveball and an upper-70s changeup with late depth and fade. The Loyal product would also take a quality round of BP (T98.3 EV), showing quick, twitchy hands and an ability to leverage the ball out front. Strong and lengthy 6-foot-4, 205-pound frame with remaining physical projection."
