+ LIPSCOMB ACADEMY VS RAVENWOOD

Ravenwood rallied for a 9-8 walk-off win over Lipscomb Academy on Wednesday, scoring two runs in the bottom of the seventh to complete the comeback. Lipscomb built an early lead and later extended it with a multi-run fifth inning, but Ravenwood battled back late with help from a pair of errors and a clutch two-run single. Ravenwood also created pressure on the bases with five stolen bases and drew several walks to fuel the offense. Strong relief pitching sealed the comeback as Ravenwood held Lipscomb hitless over the final innings.

+ COOKEVILLE VS FRANKLIN

Cookeville built an early lead and held off a late push from Franklin to earn a 6-4 victory on Wednesday. Cookeville scored twice in the first and added several more runs in the second to jump ahead by five. Franklin chipped away with a series of hits late in the game but couldn’t complete the comeback. Cookeville’s pitching staff combined to limit the damage, while the offense showed patience at the plate with multiple walks to help secure the win.

+ BEECH VS GALLATIN

Beech defeated Gallatin 8-2 on Wednesday, using a strong early offensive surge to take control of the game. After the teams traded runs in the first inning, Beech broke things open with multiple runs in both the second and third innings to build a comfortable lead. The Buccaneers totaled nine hits in the win and added pressure on the bases, while the pitching staff limited Gallatin to just a few hits and struck out nine over the first four innings. Gallatin managed a handful of hits and turned a rare triple play but couldn’t overcome Beech’s early momentum.

+ MUNFORD VS MEMPHIS UNIVERSITY SCHOOL

Munford defeated Memphis University School 4-1 on Wednesday, scoring all four of its runs in the first inning with the help of a sacrifice fly and several walks. Munford’s pitching staff held strong throughout the game, combining to allow just one run while striking out multiple hitters. The offense was patient at the plate, drawing seven walks, and the defense played cleanly without committing an error to help secure the win.
