Mid-Carolina 3     Clinton 0

Mid-Carolina and Clinton face off in a big high school baseball showdown.  Both teams were strong on the mound, this matchup is set to be a good one from the first pitch to the final out.  Pitchers dual that was a tight one all night and neither pitcher didnt disappoint on the night.

Take a look below at the notes and videos of some players that stood out from the game!!

Kaden Myers, 2025, RHP, Mid-Carolina College of Charleston commit.

Lanky but flexible frame at 6-2, 155-pounds, plenty of room to add more strength. Builds gradual momentum in motion before release, can get lower half moving too quickly before break of hands throwing timing off some, but good mobility in lower half and quick arm can catch up. Loose arm action from a tough L3Q slot. Manipulates slot dropping further down to sidearm at times for a different look. FB has strong & late ASR with some rising action from low slot at 87-89 and touching 90. Once he dips to sidearm, exclusively throws a Sinker at 85-86 with significant depth and more armside movement than 4SFB, can land for strikes, and gets in on hands to RHH. Interested to see if he can attempt to use SL from same slot in game. SL comes from L3Q slot at 76-80 with big time movement generating depth and sweep. Favorite weapon with 2-strikes easily producing swing and miss on pitch that plays very well off FB/SNK tunnel. Full arsenal contains strong movement with more in the tank as he continues to add.

Colby Livingston, 2026, SS, Mid-Carolina Uncommitted.
