Taj Marchand, 2026, SS, James Island, Ole Miss Commit
Talking about starting the game off with a bang!! Taj took a fastball up and out over the plate and went OPPO for a homerun that will give his future fans at Ole Miss plenty of beer showers!! Showed off a flat path while being able to stay on plane with an 87 mph FB up and out along with good bat speed and power. A high level talent that plays the game with tons of excitment and energy. Ended the game going 2/2 with 2 Rs and 2 RBI along with 2 BB while also playing a great short stop. Proved again while he is not only one of the best players in the state of SC but also one of the top players in the country. He is able to effect the game in multiple ways that can help his team help. Extremly fun player to watch play!!!
