Luke Hill, CF, King’s Ridge, 2024
5-foot-11 175-pounds. Hill reached base all 5 times, and put the hit tool on full display. He has a simple stride, and lets his quick hands do the work. He hit the ball hard every at bat, and did not miss the fastball on the inner half. He showed the ability to go back side as well. He is a plus runner, and controls the game in the center field. He is explosive out of the box, and has short, powerful strides. He produces a ton of rotational acceleration in his swing, and is a power threat to the pull side. Hill has been one of the most impressive uncommitted 24 bats of the spring.
